- The return must be made within 14 days following receipt of your order (once this period has passed, no returns will be accepted)

Items must be returned in their original condition (items with tags must be returned with them), and must not have been worn, washed, or perfumed. Items must be in resalable condition. Any item not meeting these conditions will be refused.

It is not possible to refund/return your order in the following cases:
The item was damaged following an attempted repair by you or by a third party.
The item that is discounted when purchased or comes from the “LAST CHANCE” or “REDUCED PRICE” category
Exchange is possible within the limits of available stock on the website.
Upon receipt of your package, we will issue a refund or credit note, depending on your choice, within 7 to 14 days. The credit note is valid for 6 months.
