Our packages are generally shipped within 12/24 hours excluding weekends/Mondays & public holidays (this time does not take into account the time taken to prepare the package) for example: for Collisimo the 48 hours are the reception times once the package has been taken care of by the agency & not once the order has been placed on the IDEM website for Mondial Relay.
